Europharma has established a distribution system designed to meet the requirements of temperature sensitive products such as vaccines. A fleet of specially equipped vehicles now operates all over Norway bringing products out to our customers, and a similar distribution system will be put in place in both Scotland and Canada. Each vehicle has two storage compartments which can be individually temperature controlled. This makes it possible to offer both ambient and cold storage temperature (2-8 C), and enables an unbroken chill chain all the way to the fish farming sites. Temperature data is continually registered through storage and transportation, securing the documentation needed to achieve a level of traceability that is now a growing market demand.
